Here's How It Works:​

• Choose your service. 

• We'll respond within 24 hours. 

• After the artwork is received of created, a mockup will be sent to you for final approval.

• Once approved, you'll be sent an invoice. 

• Once paid, your project will start.

• You'll receive your project within 10 business days. 

• Shipped directly to you, or local pickup upon request.

* If you have artwork already, we'll provide an email to send the vector file.  We strongly suggest art is vector based whenever possible.  Please use .ai or .eps for Screen Printing, .png for Direct To Garment Printing, and .dst for Embroidery.

When will my project start?

​Once your artwork is approved, and your invoice is paid; the project clock starts.

Do you have a payment plan?

No, Valiant Supply does not have a payment program.

Can I buy after the project is completed?

No, you cannot. 

​

How long do I have to wait?

At least 10 business days. 

​

Can I do a rush order?

Yes, for a 35% added surcharge to the original project quote. 

 

Minimum order amount?

Stickers, at least 50. Everything else, zero *if we have in stock.
